- Customer support & value: You support existing customers after go-live, advise them as a trusted partner and ensure they realize the value of the Nexis Platform.
- Adoption & potential: You measure and increase the use of licensed modules, identify untapped potential and implement tangible quick wins with customers.
- Business reviews & account plans: You conduct regular business reviews with key customers, develop account plans and make progress visible.
- Customer development: You identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop suitable scenarios and hand qualified opportunities over to Sales.
- Renewals, retention & references: You prepare renewals, identify churn risks early and implement countermeasures with Professional Services, Sales and Pre-Sales. You also win reference customers and develop success stories.

- Customer success experience: You have 1–3 years of experience in customer success, consulting or account management for B2B software.
- IAM/GRC expertise: Your technical understanding of IAM, identity governance or IT security enables you to engage with IAM architects as a peer; for the GRC focus, you may instead bring expertise in GRC, ISMS or compliance.
- Drive: You work independently, systematically and solution-oriented, set clear priorities and proactively drive topics through to results.
- Commercial mindset: You recognize where customer value and revenue potential meet and are confident in commercial conversations.
- Communication & mobility: You communicate confidently with specialist teams and decision-makers, speak fluent German and English and are willing to travel within Europe.
